Excel

Excel is very helpfull when i want to create charts or if i want to organize numbers that i might need to be organized. It is very helpful and i can use it with ease it doesnt take a smart person to use excel thats why i enjoy it a lot i will probably use it in the future and i can finish my work very quickly

Absolute cell reference

Absolute cell reference - Its a refrence to a specific cell or it could be a reference to a group of cells and it can't change even if you change the shape or size of the spreadsheet.

Mail Merge Do now

The way i will use mail merge in the future is that i may use it when i have an excel spreadsheet that i want to put into a word document. Also it will help me because it will be step by step so there is not a chance that i will do it wrong. I really like that it gives step by step information.

Worksheeet

Worksheet - A worksheet is just one page in excel that would be one there are 3 worksheets in a workbook, if you just need one single page to write your information you are better off using one worksheet

Workbook - A workbook is a spreadsheet file. Once you open it it will consist of three pages or worksheets. To start off with then you can add more pages if you wish.

Merge

Merge - You can merge 2 documents into one table or update the information in your main spreadsheet.One examplethat i found was that, suppose you have 2 Microsoft Excel tables "Orders" and "Prices" and they both have a column with the "Product ID". You want to update prices and add product descriptions from the Second table (lookup table) to your Main table.

Header row - Header row is the top of a document in a spreadsheet which tells you were exactly is the row is located at.

Fill handle - The fill handle is a small black square located in the lower-right corner. The function of the fil handle is that if you have a value in a cell and drag down or across with the fill handle, it will put that value into the cells you drag down or across.b

Descending order

Descending order - Descending order is the opposite of ascending as it means that it is going downwords in numbers from highest to lowest.

Cell reference

Cell reference - A cell refrence means that were exactly is a cell in spreadsheet application when you are listing a cell reference the column letter is always listed first.

Ascending order

Ascending order - Ascending order is when a pair of numbers are ordered from smallest to largest

Active Cell

Active cell - A cell that continues the value that is being used or modified in a spreadsheet program kind of like Microsoft excel and it is highlighted by the the cell pointer it can also be called a current cell.
