Excel
Excel is very helpfull when i want to create charts or if i want to organize numbers that i might need to be organized. It is very helpful and i can use it with ease it doesnt take a smart person to use excel thats why i enjoy it a lot i will probably use it in the future and i can finish my work very quickly

Mail Merge Do now
The way i will use mail merge in the future is that i may use it when i have an excel spreadsheet that i want to put into a word document. Also it will help me because it will be step by step so there is not a chance that i will do it wrong. I really like that it gives step by step information.

Merge - You can merge 2 documents into one table or update the information in your main spreadsheet.One examplethat i found was that, suppose you have 2 Microsoft Excel tables "Orders" and "Prices" and they both have a column with the "Product ID". You want to update prices and add product descriptions from the Second table (lookup table) to your Main table.

What i can do in the insert tab?
One thing that you can start off by doing is putting a cover page and it gives it like a background for the piece of work you have. Another thing that you can do is insert a table into your document. You can also insert a picture from any of your documents, or you can also add a clip art any shapes you may want to put , you can also add something called smart art and you can also add charts like bar graphs and other types of graphs, you can also insert a hyperlink to direct a word to an internet website. You can also add a bookmark to your words or you can even insert a cross reference. You can also add a header or a footer and also you can add a page number to any of your pages. You can also insert a Text Box, or Wordart which makes your titles bigger and colorful, you can also add a date and time to your document and also add a signature and also add an object you can also add a symbol like a math symbol and also add equations like math equations.

Cell- A cell is how many blank boxes you want to put in your table.
